Registration
Everyone MUST register for the meeting – including table staff. Registration will open February 15th.

Wifi Services
The general meeting rooms will have secure Wifi access with custom SSID and Password with 100mb dedicated bandwidth.
Shipping
You can ship to the venue – items to arrive no earlier than September 21, 2026.

Sponsor Set Up/Tear Down
Set up after 1:00pm on Thursday, September 24, 2026. Tear down Sunday after the meeting concludes until 5:00pm. Your area includes a 6′ draped table with two chairs and a wastebasket. Please don’t put anything to the sides or in front of your table. There will be a little extra room behind the table.
When you check in, the front desk staff will have a list of all the boxes they have received in your name. You can tell them at that time where you want them delivered within the hotel.
At the end of the conference, please label the packages, and contact your carrier (UPS, Fed-Ex, etc.) to schedule a pickup. Once all boxes are labeled completely, call Guest Services at extension 7. The bellman will pick up the packages from you and take the boxes to the hotel’s purchasing area for pickup. The hotel will store packages left without proper return labeling for up to one month before discarding them.
